We are so excited to welcome our Silver Sneakers back to the The Workout Co. ! Starting Tuesday, October 6th we will begin our Silver Sneakers Program at both locations. Silver Sneakers will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Raceland location will start at 10 am and the Houma location will start at 10:30 am.
