Weight Loss

Need to lose a few pounds? Our classes burn calories (average 500 per class) and that’s about a pound of week in stored energy if you exercise every day.

Strength

Build strength (lean body tissue) and increase bone density with weight bearing workouts like BodyPump.

 Cardio

Keep the heart pumping and improve your entire cardiovascular system with heart-pound group fitness classes.
